Baptism Tours

Then Jesus came from Galilee to John at the Jordan to be baptized by him. And John tried to prevent Him, saying, "I need to be baptized by You, and are You coming to me?" But Jesus answered and said to him, "Permit it to be so now, for thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness." Then he allowed Him. (Matthew 3,13-15)

The baptism of Jesus by John the Baptist is one of the key events in the life of Christ. However, the exact location of John's ministry remains disputed, receiving one's own baptism in the Jordan River is a remarkable event.

Itinerary

If you are planning to receive your christening, alone or with family and friends in the Jordan River, we are happy to provide you with individualized itineraries fitting your time, purpose and bugdet.

The following 4-day programm is just a suggestion and can be extended according to your individual demands - e.g. if you are traveling with your parish and would like to combine the baptismal service with a pilgrimage through the Holy Land.

Baptism tours can also be arranged from the Jordanian side or in Yardenit.
